Unknown coastal town probably in Cornwall, June 1978

I’ve titled this picture ‘Unknown coastal town’ but I suspect the location should be relatively easy to pin down for anyone who knows the coastal towns of the UK. I’m fairly sure it is taken in the UK and I guess a higher resolution scan of the pub in the lower right hand side, or possibly one of the fishing boats would probably give enough clues to nail it. My initial guess would be somewhere in Cornwall.

This was taken on Ektachrome film and has kept it’s colour and definition well considering it was taken nearly 40 years ago.
