Under the motorway

I looked at this picture for a long time before I worked out what it is - I think it is a narrow boat moving underneath a roadway on one of the industrial canals. I seem to remember a similar view when we went on a holiday on a canal boat many years ago in Birmingham. Could be wrong of course - any other suggestions?
