British Rail class 40 diesel engine

This is a Boots colour slide of a British Rail class 40 diesel engine that was probably taken in the mid 1960s.
Some interesting point about the engine:
The loco is painted in the BR green livery with a half-yellow warning panel, standard for the mid-1960s.
The headcode box reads 1D95, which indicates an express passenger service (the โ1โ) running on a Western or Midland region route (โDโ).
The small blue star symbol under the cab window signifies multiple working capability (locos could be coupled and driven together)
