Portrait on a bridge

A Portrait of a woman in a red dress standing on a bridge somewhere in the world. In the background behind her, I can see a boat on a river and a lion on the far bank of the river. I’m sure there are enough clues in the picture for someone to spot the location, but it’s a mystery to me.

The woman in the photo was also in the last photo I published, wearing the same dress, so I would guess these photos were taken on the same day. Therefore, if anyone can locate this photo it will probably help narrow down that one as well.
