Group photo in a garden

A group photo taken in a garden, either the garden of one or more members of the group, or a public garden somewhere. The man at the end has a camera round his neck and I’d love to be able to identify it, but unfortunately I can’t make in out and the focus is slightly off which also doesn’t help.
