A rather smart Green Ford Fiesta parked in a car park somewhere in the world in September 1983.

The location is unknown, although the car is a left hand drive model, so it is certainly not in the UK. The registration plate is also not a standard UK version, and the format may give a car expert a clue as to at least the country the car was registered in.
