Gardens, traffic and a misty view - July 1968
A view over some formal gardens and a busy road to a rather misty town or city in the distance. I like how the photographer has captured some movement in the cars by using a slow shutter speed, but kept the rest of the photo sharp.
The location of this view is unknown - any suggestions?
