Cars on display – October 1969

This photo shows a couple of cars parked in a chained off area. At first, I thought they were just parked by their owners, but the older car definitely seems to be a display car because there is a sign next to it with some information. I don’t recognise the car but possibly someone else who sees this might? If so, please let me know in the comments.
