Bank Negara Malaysia c1963

A picture of one of the early offices of the Bank Negra Malaysia or the Central Bank of Malaysia which was taken in the early 1960s. On the map I’ve set the location as Kuala Lumpur because that was one of the suggested options, and closest to Singapore where the person who took this image was stationed, but it may not be correct. If anyone knows the location, please say in the comments below.
