Fulwood’s last civic ceremony

This is a medium format colour slide which has written on the cardboard frame, ‘Fulwood’s last civic ceremony’. I don’t know if that means, the latest civic ceremony, or if it means the final civic ceremony, but whichever it is the photographer captured it.

The date is unknown, but by the look of the cars at the end of the road, which I can see when I zoom in during scanning, I would say 1970s.
