A Windmill in Holland in the 1960s

This picture of a windmill in Holland could date from almost anytime in the last 60 years. When I looked closely at it during the scanning process, I estimated that the clothes the people were wearing probably dated from the 1960s, so that’s where I’ve placed it but I’m not certain.
