A Woman making Pizza?

This is a picture of someone at work - at least that's what I think it is, but it's difficult to know exactly what is going on here. Is this lady making Pizzas? Although the sign on the right of the picture says 'PIZZA', I don't know if it relates to her or not and the contents of the box at the front of the picture doesn't look very appetising. It's possible that they are leaves and she is making cigars I suppose?

Does anyone else have a suggestion? let me know in the comments.
