Fish Weighing event from the 1960s

This seems to be a picture of fish being weighed after a fishing competition or perhaps just a fishing trip. I notice there is one boy in the crowd who is taking photos of the event, and a man at the back who is filming it on an 8mm cine camera – I wonder what happened to that film?
