Tamar bridge pre 1961

This picture seems to show the bridges over the river Tamar in Plymouth and I believe it was taken just after the modern bridge had been completed. I notice in this modern picture taken from the same spot that there is a sign on it saying 'Tamar bridge 1961', so I think the picture shown here is just before the bridge went into service.
