A Man sitting on a green boat by the sea
A picture of a man sitting on the side of a green dinghy next to a river which leads down to the sea. There are several other boats in the picture, but none of them have any markings which I could use to try to find a location from.

I cannot help with the identifying location: what I WILL say is that it is a splendid photograph, having, somehow, the qualities of a fine painting. Very pleasing indeed!
