Man walking down steps to a Cafe on the Beach in the early 1960s

A picture of a man walking down steps to a cafe on a beach somewhere in the world, probably taken in the 1960s. This photo is one of a whole set I purchased from a seller on ebay which I think came from a professional photographer because there were lots of wedding photos in the set. I wonder if this photo was part of an advertising shoot because  there are several shots around and airport with ‘BOAC’ prominently displayed, and the man walking down the stairs has a BOAC bag over his shoulder.
