Ornate building in Poland from the 1960s

A picture of a car and bus on a bridge in front of a very ornate and impressive building.

I believe this building is in Poland and I've categorized it as a public building although I've no idea of its actual use or purpose. The cars and the bus suggest the at the date is the 1960s or even possibly the late 1950s. If anyone recognises the building I'd be very interested in their comments.

  1. Hi, the building is the Gresham Palace (Gresham-palota) in Budapest, which formerly housed the offices of the Gresham insurance company in Hungary and is now a Four Seasons hotel.

The bridge in the foreground is the Chain Bridge (Lánchíd) across the Danube.
