The William Tell Monument at Altdorf early 1960s

The Monument to William Tell which is in Altdorf in Switzerland.

This is the second picture of Altdorf I’ve added to Found-Film in the last couple of days and both of them were taken in the early 1960s. I almost found myself looking at both pictures carefully to see if the other photographer was on either picture!

This shows the street leading to the monument quite quiet with only a few people walking about and no cars on the road at all – perhaps this was taken ‘out of season’?
