Portugese Street scene from the early 1960s

A street scene from the early 1960s in Portugal.

I assume this picture was taken during a holiday and shows a bustling street in a Portuguese town or city. On the right of the picture is a flower seller and to the left a cart or taxi which is pulled by an Oxen. The building in the centre of the picture in the distance looks as if it is a church because of the tower, but it may not be. Although I’m not certain of the date, the cars I can see suggest the early 1960s.
