Portrait of a man with a camera in the early 1960s

A very good quality medium format colour slide of a man standing among palm trees having his portrait taken.

I’m not sure of the exact location of this picture – it is within a series of pictures I acquired which have locations of Switzerland, Italy and France and this could be any of those countries. The man has an ‘ever-ready’ case round his neck for a camera which could be the one which took this picture, but actually looks more like a stereo camera – I wish I could find the pictures he took with that if it is!

The date is sometime in the early 1960s.
