The village of Pembridge in Dec 1968

This is a picture of the village of Pembridge in Herefordshire which was taken in December 1968.

I suspect that the woman shown in the picture was not intended to be the subject of the picture, she was just caught as the photographer snapped the shutter. When compared to the modern picture on Google Maps, the main building of the Inn is very much the same, but the house on the opposite side of the road to the woman, next to where the car is parked has gone today.

The picture was taken on Kodachrome film.
