A picture of the town of Altdorf in Switzerland taken in the early 1960s - probably about 1962.
In this scene there are a few people walking along the wide paths either side of the road, and a woman on a cycle is peddling towards the photographer. At the end of the street is the William Tell monument, with the clock showing, although the actual statue of William Tell is on one of the other sides.
Although I can't be certain of the date, most of the other pictures in the Switzerland series are dated around the early 1960s so I've settled on about 1962 for them all.
