A picture of Lake Lugano in Switzerland taken from one shore and looking towards another shore.
I'm not sure of the exact location of this picture - Lake Lugano is a big lake and the note written on the slide mount is not specific, although it is obviously at a point where the lake is narrow - presumably just an inlet. I can see that the small building to the center left of the picture is a church, and the house to the center left seems to be a normal residential building.
The picture was taken on Kodachrome film and like most of the others in the series is very well exposed and focused.
Although I don't know the precise date, the other pictures in the series are in the early 1960s and therefore I suspect this is also of that date.
