This is the swimming pool at the Britannia Club in Singapore, which was the social club set up for the RAF servicemen stationed at the base in the 1950s and 1960s. This is one of a series of slides which I wrote a post about yesterday and was taken on Ektachrome film, probably in the mid 1960s
