Warsaw with the Palace of culture in the background

This is a picture of the city of Warsaw in Poland with the palace of culture shown in the background. My thanks to Mike (see comments below) for recognising this location and letting me know. I haven't been able to find the exact location on the modern map, so if anyone knows it please let me know.
