An extended family photo outside at Rosemary Court, High Wycombe

A large family gathering outside Rosemary Court and a bit of research on google maps suggests this may be Rosemary Court, High Wycombe. Although it is impossible to know the reason why this picture was taken, I notice that a lady on the right of the picture is carrying what looks like a cake so I wonder if this is a wedding or christening occasion, or even a wedding anniversary for the older couple in the middle of the picture ?

Not sure of the date but probably 1980s?
