A Swing bridge open to allow river traffic

This seems to be the central span of a swing bridge which has been opened to let the boat the photographer was standing on pass through. At the bottom of the bridge section, two boys are watching the boat without much apparent interest.

Not sure of the date, but the slide was taken on Ferrania 3M film, which probably dates it to the 1960s.
