Boats moored in a harbour

Picture of boats moored in a harbour taken on Kodachrome film sometime in the 1950s. Although I don’t know the location for sure, I wonder if this is one of the Norfolk broads? The buildings in the distance look a bit like those on the waterfront at Oulton Broad.
