Sea lions on Pier 39

When I first scanned this picture I had absolutely no idea what it was so I did a google search for seals on concrete blocks. Although that didn’t particularly help it did in the end lead to what I believe this is which is Sea lions on Pier 39 in San Fransisco Dock. This link tells the story.
