Pony and trap rides

This is a picture of a group waiting to take a ride in a pony and trap at a fete or some other type of public event. The location and date are unknown but the trap has written on the side ‘Kington tea rooms’ so it’s possible that this is somewhere close to Kington which is in Herefordshire. Of interest to me is the man at the back of the shot who is looking at what seems to be a camera in his hands. If I didn’t know it was impossible, I’d say he was looking at the shot he had just taken on the LCD!
