City sightseeing train

This shows a picture of a sightseeing train showing people the sights and scenes in a city somewhere. After a bit of research I found that the word on the front of the train 'Salou' is the name of a tourist company which specialises in trips to Spain, and therefore this is likely a picture taken in one of the big Spanish tourist destinations.
