Wales at night

This is a picture of somewhere in Wales late at night. The only reason I know it is Wales is because the signs can be read in close up and the second place name is Caernarfon. The original scan has some colour casts (which is not surprising) so I tweaked the balance a bit in Lightroom after scanning the slide.
