Two ladies in a park

A couple of ladies sit in a park on the edge of a fountain admiring the flowers. I wonder what they were talking about as they admired the Tulips that morning? There seems to be something almost conspiratorial about this scene, you can almost imagine they were trying to appear inconspicuous to the group over on the left.

This is another Red Border Kodachrome which places the date somewhere in the 1940s to 1950s. I've marked this picture as Spring since there are Tulips in the flower beds.
