The Winter of 62 - part 1

This is one in a series of three pictures taken in the big freeze of 1962/63. There was snow for several weeks in a row and I remember as a 4 year old having great fun because however much you crumpled all the snow up the next morning it was all fresh and new again!

This picture has written on the slide mount "Cherry Garden Road - 30-12-62" which is how I know the date.
