Railway carriage in restoration
This shows a railway carriage either being repaired or restored in the autumn of 1969. I’m not a railway buff but I assume the ‘Great’ on the side is part of ‘Great Western’?

It is indeed preserved Great Western Railcar No 4 which is to be found today at the National Railway Museum in York. I’m not sure where this shot was taken though.
