Public Protest

This seems to be a picture of civil unrest somewhere in the world. The picture is date stamped Jan 1965 but I'm not sure which country the picture was taken in. I did a google search for civil unrest in 1964 / 65 and the majority of the results were to do with the race riots in America and I would guess this is not America. I'd be really interested to hear what anyone else thinks so please use the comments system to let me know.
