Marching Band

This looks like a Marching Band on a very misty and murky day – at least it looks like a marching band when viewed in conjunction with the other picture in the series which shows the youngsters playing their instruments. This group seem to be marching rather than playing. I wonder if the location is Northern Island? Marching bands seem more prevalent there than in the main island of the UK.
