Hillegom Tulip float

Another shot taken in 1956 of the floats travelling through Hillegom in The Netherlands. Having now seen a number of these slides I thought I would do a bit of research and I’ve discovered that one of the main attractions in the town of Hillegom is the spring flower parade or Bloemencorso so I suspect that these pictures are from that event.
