Elephants in the Plocken Pass

Some elephants with transportation platforms along with their ‘drivers’. The slide mount has written on it ‘Plocken Pass’. When I did a google search for that I only came up with a pass (Plockenpass) which is between Austria and Italy and his picture certainly doesn’t look like either of those countries.
