Skyscrapers and the American flag

This is a picture which I think was taken in the 1950s of an American City which shows the American Stars and Stripes flag, with skyscrapers in the background. I don’t know the actual city this was taken in, although a lot of other pictures in the series were of New York so this is a likely location.
