Fishing village of Mevagissey – Jan 1978

A picture of the fishing village of Megavissey taken on Ektachrome in Jan 1978.

At first I wasn’t sure of the exact location of this picture, but with a little investigation, and a memory of a holiday from about 25 years ago, I discovered it is Mevagissey in Cornwall. Obviously, when this picture was taken the tide was in, because I seem to remember the water in the inner harbour wall being very low when the tide was out.
