This is a post to introduce the Everything Vintage Newsletter to anyone who is subscribed to the site via the WordPress network run by Jetpack, and to point out some re-registration necessary if you want to receive it.
The Everything Vintage Newsletter
In a couple of weeks, at the start of May, I'm intending to start a monthly newsletter that will provide a round up of all the content that's been added to the Everything Vintage over the previous month and to give a taster of the content which will be coming up.
This newsletter will be sent out via email to anyone who has subscribed to the site, but the technicalities of sending it means that I can't send it to anyone who has subscribed via their WordPress.com login.
If you received this post today in your email inbox, it's because sometime in the past you have subscribed to Simon Hawketts' Photo blog using your WordPress.com account. That should still work for standard blog posts, but it doesn't work for most of the new content on Everything Vintage because it uses Post Types that aren't handled by the Jetpack plugin. Therefore, if you want to be kept up to date with new content added to the site, the best way is to visit the subscription page - https://everythingvintage.uk/subscribe-to-everything-vintage - and sign up via email.
In order to make sure I'm only sending email to people who want to receive it, I've set the registration process to a 2-step process, so apologies for the sightly more involved process, but I hope it's going to be worth it when the newsletter arrives!
