Two children next to a yellow station waggon - Aug 1993

A Fujichrome colour slide of two children next to a yellow station waggon that was taken in August 1993. The car has some wording on the door, which unfortunately is obscured by the children, so I can't tell what it's purpose was, but I can see there are two surfboards on the roof rack so this was presumably taken near the ocean somewhere?
