A market stall next to the Hotel Dardaillon in Les Vans, France
I found this photo amongst a set that was donated to the found-film project and with a bit of detective work I’ve been able to find exactly where it is in the world.
In the background of the image, behind the market stall, is a sign that reads Hotel Dardaillon, and with an internet search I found this old photo of the same building. Although the building is now gone, the old photo seems to match pretty well the Hotel seen here.
This photo was taken on Kodachrome, probably in the mid to late 1950s.
