Street cafe in the early 1960s

This view of people sitting at tables in a street café is slightly spoilt by the fact that some of the people are a bit soft because either the focus is a bit off, or the camera shutter speed was a bit low and some camera shake affected the picture.

The location is very hard to tell since there are almost no clues in the picture, and the date is also unknown although the photo was taken on Kodachrome II film, which was introduced in 1961, so we know it's after that year.
