I’ve no idea where this picture was taken, and a google search for a similar image came up with nothing. It’s possible it was taken in North Italy, where some of the other pictures in this series were taken, but I can’t find any definitive proof. Although there is writing on the globe, I can’t make any of it out but it’s possible that it is a religious text in keeping with the cross.
