Baby on a beach eating an ice-cream

A family snap-shot of a child, well a baby almost, on a beach eating an ice-cream. The child is wearing a floppy hat to protect it against the sun and is sitting on a towel but even though it has the ice-crean it seems oddly quite upset about something

This is undated, but probably dates from the early 1960s, so this child would be about the same age as me. I wonder where they are now?
