Having a haircut at RAF Seletar

A picture of a man having a haircut in what I assume is his front porch of his house.

This is probably on the front porch of one of the servicemen’s houses at the RAF Seletar base in Singapore because it is one of a large series of pictures which were all taken by the same photographer and all the others seem to be located in Singapore. The man seems quite relaxed, smoking a cigarette as his hair is cut, with a large sheet draped over him to protect his clothes from the hair clippings.
