Hillman Imp Coupe – 1967

A Hillman Imp coupe model parked on a residential street in 1967. Since the car has an E registration plate, and that indicates the year of registration as 1967 I guess this was a picture of a new car which the owner has just bought and taken delivery of. I would guess that this suggests (along with some other pictures in this set) that the owner was quite well off.
