The structure on the far left appears to be a building under construction or restoration, with heavy wooden scaffolding. That kind of large timber scaffold was common in Latin America. To the right of the photo, the palm tree and trimmed hedges suggest a warm coastal climate which isย consistent with Trujillo, which sits on Peruโs northern coast.
